Join us for a powerful Full Moon Breathwork Ceremony or join us virtual from the comfort of your own home. This event is a unique opportunity to tap into your creative expression and connect with the energy of the full moon.

Through the transformative power of breathwork, you will release any blocks or limitations holding you back from fully expressing yourself. The ceremony will be guided by Jaleel, an experienced facilitator with over 5 years of experience practicing and guiding over 600 breathwork experiences.

During the ceremony, you will engage in a deep, rhythmic breathing technique know by many names (pranayama, Circular Breathing) that will help you access a state of heightened awareness and relaxation. As you connect with your breath, you will release stress, tension, and self-doubt, allowing your creativity to flow freely.
