Psychedelic Sitters School Open House

The Psychedelic Sitters School is now available in Berkeley CA, Boulder CO and Online. Becoming a Psychedelic Guide is a beautiful calling and ever so needed in these confusing and difficult times for humanity and the planet. This event is open to anyone interested in learning more about our program, becoming a guide, mindfulness based psychedelic therapy, psychedelic cannabis, PSS philosophy and structure.

Psychedelics are a dynamic and growing field and now is a great time to become more involved. Psychedelic Sitters School has been training guides since 2012 when it was founded by Daniel McQueen, who remains the main instructor for our program.

Unlike other programs that can be mostly theoretical in nature, PSS emphasizes experiential experiences. We believe that in order to become a well-rounded psychedelic therapist and guide, it is essential to do your own journeys and become familiar with the psychedelic space. We have found cannabis to be a powerful and reliable psychedelic for guiding and psychedelic therapy.

We also are unique in that we do not limit our training to those currently practicing in clinical or medical fields. We believe that everyone involved with psychedelics can benefit from these skills even if you choose not work professionally. That being said, if you are interested in adding to your professional skill set, we offer credentialing in Mindfulness-Based Psychedelic Therapy with an emphasis in Cannabis-Assisted Psychedelic Therapy and offer a lot of ongoing opportunities for working professionally within our community.

There will be space to share your own experience and bring forward any questions you have.

Also, on Saturday July 1st we’ll be hosting a Psychedelic Cannabis Breathwork workshop in Berkeley CA and Online. We invite you to join us and explore this practice. Limited in person spots!
